What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping method is a way to fulfill delivery to customers of the goods that they purchased on a Web site. E Commerce Server 2017 supports many types of shipping methods: Charge by subtotal. A shipping method determines the shipping charge that a customer pays at checkout. It can be a fixed charge, like a ₹50 flat rate on all orders, or a dynamically calculated charge through a real time shipping service based on the details of the shipment (e.g. weight, origin, destination).

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We shipped our all orders in 24 hours and dispatched directly by our Express Shipping Partners. These items are indicated by the message “Sold and dispatched by Abhimantrit”. Delivery speed of every order are vary by the shipping address entered (3 to 9 days in India).

How Do I Track My Order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking “Track Order” button.
You received tracking link and dispatch e mail on your “registered E Mail Id”.
You received tracking link and dispatch Text Message on your “registered Mobile number”.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

No need of account to place an order. You can order on abhimantrit.com without login your account. Only enter shipping, billing address and mobile no. on checkout page is recommended to place an order: Then this order will deliver at your door step.

How can I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order by clicking “Track Order” tab.

How can I return/replace an item?

First login your account at abhimantrit.com and click Order tab to return any delivered product within 7 days of delivery. Select the reason to initiate return or replacement of your item. Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact.

What are the different modes of payment available?

You can use any one of the following payment methods:
Credit card
Credit card EMI of leading banks
Debit card

Cash on Delivery

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel only those orders which have Status Processing or order before Dispatch by abhimantrit.com. First login your account at abhimantrit.com then go to Orders Tab, Select order to cancel Click on “Cancel” tab wich order you want to cancel. See Now, order status of this product will be Cancel Request. After approval of your cancel request by abhimantrit.com order status will be Cancelled.

When can I expect refund for my returned item?

Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund.
– For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount.
– For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfer within 2 hours.
We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.
